Some of my earliest memories are of my mom making fresh juice.

She taught me that wellness begins with the choices we make every day. Long before I understood nutrition, she showed me that caring for your body is one of the greatest forms of self-respect. Those simple moments planted a seed that stayed with me for years.

As I got older, I lived an active lifestyle and believed I was doing everything right. But when I discovered my hormones were out of balance, it changed the way I looked at health forever. I realized wellness isn’t just about how much we move—it’s also about what we choose to nourish our bodies with every single day.

That journey became the beginning of Detox Talks Club.

This brand is dedicated to my mom, who first inspired me to live intentionally, to myself for turning that lesson into purpose, and to every woman who deserves to feel informed, empowered, and connected to her health.
